Brewed in collaboration with Edinburgh tea house Eteaket, we use a mixture of loose leaf Japanese Gyokuro tea and Jasmine pearls to create this fragrant and aromatic pale ale. Mount Fuji packs a herbal, floral punch backed up by a light dry finish making it flavourful, balanced and refreshing.
